What's up guys! Feeling pretty good today, soreness wasn't too bad, and it's the type of soreness that gets you motivated to workout again. I know all you fitness nuts and weekend warriors know exactly what I'm talking about.
It's the type of soreness that you crave and hypes you up to attack the next workout.
Let's get straight to my workout for today. It was simple, two exercises, downward ladder superset:
1) Sandbag Cleans: 10,8,6,4
2) Dumbbell Strict Overhead Press: 10,8,6,4
